Art; Gallery space in the Barn

At last a space to experiment and share my work. I’ve always loved the way that artwork in all its many forms inspires me to get out there and create something of my own. If you feel the same then this is your invitation to take those first steps.

I have to thank my friends Lesley, Fiona, and Tracey for getting out the paint brushes and just having a go. We then progressed to art workshops where Anna, Mitra and Gemma also joined in to refine our technique. Our work is completely different and expressive of that moment in time. It’s important to me that Le Chassaing encourages all who visit to enjoy something creative, something inspiring to cherish forever.

To be confident enough to be creative in your life and express yourself through the arts is a real challenge and a gift. All of my lovely friends have inspired me, particularly in the last 5 years so I must also mention Nicky, Dianne, Madonna, Yvonne, Carol, Carolyn, Gaynor, Helen and Blaise. All have shared their friendship. They are heroic, with deliciously creative food and cake making skills which of course, goes hand in hand with being brave mothers and daughters including some talented singers. You know who you are! All of my friends have the ability to reduce me to a puddle of tears and laughter. Where would I be without you all?
